Several years ago we decided that each family member (there are 4 of us) would have a night to cook. The purpose was two-fold: 1) Give Mom a break and 2) learn a helpful skill. My cook nights are Wednesday’s. Now I love to cook as long as the recipe is simple, easy to follow and yummy. Discovered this simple pasta dish online.
