SEASON RECAP: The margin stayed thin for Marbro, whose 4-9-0 season included both encouraging wins and costly letdowns. Offensively, QB Harley Cane posted 2682 passing yards, 20 touchdowns, 8 interceptions; HB Kurt Martin (R) posted 592 rushing yards, 1 rushing touchdown; and WR Dave Fink posted 67 catches for 859 yards, 9 touchdowns. On defense, LILB/MLB Thomas Heinrich posted 81 tackles, 6 tackles for loss. The team looked sharp against Jaxton, Crestfield, and Gotham, yet setbacks versus Newport Bay and St. Cruze cut into that progress.
