SEASON RECAP: Midway spent the year trying to turn flashes into something steadier, finishing 5-8-0. Offensively, QB Andrew Markus posted 2512 passing yards, 21 touchdowns, 3 interceptions; HB Dom Neumann posted 1035 rushing yards, 7 rushing touchdowns; and WR Cliff Ryland posted 50 catches for 690 yards, 4 touchdowns. Good results against Sterling, Rivermount, and Gateway kept optimism alive, although losses to Tylerville and Metropolis changed the potential upside of the season.

OFFSEASON UPDATE: Midway parts ways with head coach Morgan Payne after his contract expired. The  team immdeiately hired rookie coach Brent Cross.
