RECAP: From
the opening month on, River Heights played in a season where small
details mattered, finishing 7-6-0. Offensively, QB Darryl Clifford
posted 2824 passing yards, 20 touchdowns, 9 interceptions; FB Mark
Gibbons posted 896 rushing yards, 7 rushing touchdowns, 0 lost fumbles;
and WR William Hastings posted 61 catches for 913 yards, 7 touchdowns. On the other side,
RCB Jake North posted 69 tackles, 2 tackles for loss. The strongest
snapshots came against St. Patrick, Midway, and Gateway, even as losses
to Market City and Oakdale kept the season uneven. The postseason ended
quickly with a playoff loss to Silver Bay.
