QUICK RECAP: SEASON 3

By Year 3, the league had real heavyweights: the Cape City Corsairs looked every bit like a finished product in the Metropolitan, while familiar powers like the Gotham Bulldogs, Easton Barons, and Jaxton Jackets hovered close behind. The Cosmopolitan swung toward the Oakdale Nightbirds, who rode a scorching finish to the top and again carried that form into the playoffs, keeping their “always in it” reputation intact. This time, though, the story ended differently—Cape City closed the deal and took the Metro Bowl, adding another new name to the trophy and proving the top tier was getting deeper.
