QUICK RECAP: Season 7
The
Metropolitan Conference tilted toward the Easton Barons, who turned a
10–3 run into clear control, while the Brandenburg Brahmas and Cape
City Corsairs stayed within striking distance and St. Patrick and
Dunberry kept the pressure on in a tightly packed chase behind them.
The Cosmopolitan Conference never settled, with the Roxford Rangers
edging out Oakdale and Metropolis at the top while Silver Bay quietly
built momentum and the rest of the field hovered around .500, trading
wins all year. The postseason delivered its usual swings, with the Easton
Barons pushing through the Metropolitan bracket and the Silver Bay
Wolves catching fire at the right time to break through the
Cosmopolitan. In the Metro Bowl, the Barons held off that surge,
finishing the job and closing Season 7 with the team's first championship title.
